Most books listed are available for free or at a very low price for Kindle or other e-readers. I prefer hard copies where possible, but the sheer content within the listed volumes would take up far too much room on my bookshelves. Other volumes are secondhand finds that I treasure dearly. Your local thrift shop or secondhand store can be treasure troves for old books and commentaries. Just because they smell a little doesn’t mean that the content isn’t beyond monetary value.
